PARK UPDATE: Kennywood has announced today that a brand new steel coaster, designed by premier rides will replace the Turnpike in 2010! The yet to be named coaster will feature a 0-50mph launch in just 3 seconds, plus three inversions including an invertedtop hat, barrel roll and corkscrew. Stay tuned to Kennywoodinfo for more information and updates.
Don’t say “GoodBye” to the Turnpike just yet because plans are already in the works to reinstall it in the near future.

PARK UPDATE: Today Andy Quinn announced that the new owners have promised something BIG will be introduced in 2010 or 2011. Will this finally be the new coaster we have been waiting for?
